All I Want for Christmas

I love opening gifts on Christmas Eve.

And here comes my wishlist.

thank you gorgeous Marge!

1. Christmas Card. I love it when I get to receive cards.

2. Varsity Jacket. Matagal ko ng gusto magkaroon nito eh. Sana may magbigay.

3. Boots.

yan gusto kong design..i prefer the pink one!

4. Sun glasses. I broke the only sun glasses I have just recently. Naupuan ko sya, ayun wasak! Hindi naman kelangang mahal. Ang mahalaga it can protect my eyes from harmful UV rays.

5. Photo Album.

This time I want a big one.

Top 10 Things that Make Me Want to Stay Longer in the Province

"Im back from isolation!" That's a part of my fb status when I came back from Batangas. 5 days din ako dun. Si mudra ang nag-suggest na dun muna daw ako para mas mabilis gumaling ang sore eyes ko kasi mas fresh ang hangin dun compared here in Manila. True enough, my eyes are better now.

Thanks to this Top 10 things that make me want to stay longer in the province.

10. I bought a book, "Fifty Shades of Grey" and finally had the chance to read it.

Katrina, Daniel and Tomas

Cheeky

6. Pinanood ko ang "The Walking Dead Season 1". Ive heard so much about this series and Im so intrigued. When I came back I immediately grab a copy of Season 2 and 3. Im so hooked up. I super like the series and Im lovin Glenn!

5. Loming Batangas, gotong Batangas, puto, kutsinta, suman sa latik. Sobrang na-miss ko kumain nyan.

4. Ive missed a laidback life. Chismisan Kwentuhan with kapitbahay, playing with cousins. Walang iniisip na problema. Enjoy lang.

3. Kapeng barako at pandesal sa umaga. Its heaven!

Its already 11am but im still on my PJs and still wearing my hooded jacket. Our kubo is literally on the foot of Mt. Maculot, kaya siguro malamig dahil napapalibutan kami ng maraming puno. I super love the morning breeze!

1. Kain, tulog. Buhay prinsesa! Most of the time Im just sitting on the sofa reading a book, playing on my phone or watching TV. Si mudra mismo ang nag-alaga saken. She's serving me my food, water and medicines. I so love my mom. Maybe that's also one of the reasons why I never longed for a sister. Iba yung tuwa na nabibigay saken at feeling ko tuloy prinsesa talaga ako. Prince Charming na lang ang kulang. Yeah I know may pagka-ilusyunada ako minsan.

Thanks Mom. You're the best!

that's my Mom over there

Manila Ocean Park

It's been a couple of months since I last saw my niece and Im missing her so much. That's why I decided to visit her and thought of taking her to Manila Ocean Park since its on my bucketlist. So hindi kami nakalabas. I told her to get well soon para makapunta kami sa may "maraming fish". She agreed and got excited.

She called me after a week. But I have been busy that time so I told her next week na lang. This is what I like about of my niece, she really have a sharp memory.

And then last Sunday, together with my mom I finally got the time to take her to the Ocean Park. It's our first time to be there kaya pati ako na-excite din. I think we three have the same level of excitement.

They have early Christmas promo packages. So instead of availing the regular oceanarium fee we availed a package amounting to P499 that originally cost P850. It includes Oceanarium, Sea Lion Show and it's Marine Life habitat and Jellies. For more info about their promo you can check it here.

Past 1pm na at hindi pa ko kumakain ng kahit ano mula pagkagising ko so we decided to eat first before exploring. Dahil walang Jollibee doon sa Pancake House kami napadpad.

my mom's pick, seafood gembo

roast beef: I ordered this one. Naubos ko in just a blink.
We finished our late lunch at almost 2pm, just in time for the Sea Lion Show.

The show didnt started on time. Sobrang kinukulit na ko ni pamangkin. Ang tagal tagal daw magsimula. She's really excited and even shouted "tagal naman!" over the crowd.

I can see it cause she just keep on clapping, smiling and laughing the whole time. Im glad she enjoyed and the thought of it makes me happy as well.

The trainor have choosen one from the audience to interact with the sea lion. That girl was really lucky to have kissed by Henry (sea lion's name, if I really heard it right lols).

After they entertained us we move forward to see their marine life habitat.

Then we went to the much awaited ni pamangkin na maraming fish.

She was so overwhelmed by a lot of fishes she didnt even know where to go first.

I love sea creatures! Sobrang nag-eenjoy ako sa snorkling. Natutuwa kasi ako pag nakakakita ako ng maraming fish. Isnt it amazing how they look, they swim, they live.

The pictures below were some of the fishes that really fascinated me inside the Oceanarium of Manila Ocean Park.

I forgot it's name. They dont move nor swim. They're just like that, very still.

look at their teeth!
this one swims up and down, up and down..grabe nahilo ako sa kanya

Shanen posed with the biggest swordfish I ever saw

The Oceanarium was very crowded that day. I just thought maybe because its a Sunday. If you easily get irritated by crowd, I suggests you go here on weekdays.

We really enjoyed a lot. A great recreation experience with my two favorite girls. Next visit, I'll surely wait for the musical fountain show (7pm) and will watch the Penguins.

P.S.
Hi friends! I already have this on my draft a day after our visit to the Ocean Park pero hindi ko natapos dahil sa aking mata. I have a sore eyes.

my left eye on its 4th day...natupad ang dream kong maging singkit

I cant stand to stare at the monitor kahit sandali lang nai-stress kagad yung mata ko at sumasakit. I cant bake, I cant read, I cant go out, and I still cant see Breaking Dawn 2. I feel so useless! But I already saw a doctor yesterday and hopefully gumaling na sya sa mga ne-resetang gamot. I'll be leaving tomorrow and will stay there until my eyes get well. I will visit your blogs pagbalik ko. Sobrang miss ko na kayo! Bye for now.

highschool get together

Hello friends! What's up? But this time I tried to be productive in blogging (ano daw?), so here is my new kwento.

I spent the long (holiday) weekend in my hometown. Just so you know, I am a true blue Batanguena. I came from a small town called Cuenca and spent half my life in a tiny barrio which is literally on the foot of Mount Maculot.

I studied in a semi-private high school.

Two months ago a classmate contacted me.

Since it's a long weekend at Undas, I scheduled the mini get together last November 2.

We decided to held the reunion at Mt. Maculot View Resort.

Mt. Maculot View Resort was a pioneer in my hometown among its kind. Though small, they still have exciting amenities like the activity tower and zipline. Meron silang 3 pools, one for kids, one for adults and a private one with jacuzzi. You may want to check out their site for more info. Let me tour you first on some parts of the resort through these pictures.

View of the kiddie pool from our cottage.
the grotto

Way up to the hanging bridge.
Pasaway kami sa hanging bridge. Two person at a time lang pala  ang maximum load limit.

We arrived there at 2pm and paid 180 each for the entrance fee. At dahil generous ako I paid for our cottage, mura lang naman. Pot luck ang food. I brought tasty bread and spaghetti.

By the way, I want you to meet my Bes. She has been my best friend since 4th year highschool. Iba kasi ang set of friends ko from 1st to 3rd year kasi ilang beses din akong nalipat ng section. She and my mom shared the same date of birth.

with my bestfriend's unica hija...kabog ako sa two piece ni inaanak!

Meet the boys and girls of then, IV-Molave. 54 kami lahat sa section namen but as you can see sa pictures wala pa kami sa kalahati na nakarating. Our section was third from the top and we are called Molavians. Fourth year sections were named after the trees.

the boys

and the girls

We opted to stay until 10pm. More kwentuhan about each other's life, about sa mga kalokohan nung highschool at syempre ang mga crushes at dating love team. Konting inuman at sobrang daming kulitan at tawanan. Ang sarap lang alalahanin ang highschool life. Being in highschool was one of the highlights in my life. Remembering each and every part of it always makes me smile.

nakikita nyo ba ko?

Until then Molavians!
